These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download and use of Origin Client (the "Client"). By downloading, installing, or running the Client, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Client.
1. What Origin Client Is
Origin Client is a third-party client modification for Minecraft. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Any use of the Client is still subject to Mojang's End User License Agreement for Minecraft itself.
2. License to Use
You're granted a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run the Client for your own use. You may not sell the Client, charge others for access to it, or present it as your own work.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Client to violate Mojang's Minecraft EULA or any applicable law.
- Redistribute modified or repackaged copies of the Client under a different name without permission.
- Reverse engineer the Client with the intent to harm players, servers, or other software.
- Use the Client to gain an unfair advantage on a server whose rules explicitly prohibit client-side modifications — that's between you and the server, and it's on you to check.
4. Third-Party Servers
Some multiplayer servers restrict or ban specific client modifications, including features like this Client's HUD overlay, freelook, or fullbright. We don't control server rules. Getting banned from a server for using the Client is a decision between you and that server's operators, not something we're responsible for.
5. No Warranty
The Client is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every version, mod, or server setup. Performance figures on this site are illustrative targets, not a guarantee for every system.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Client — including lost worlds, corrupted saves, server bans, or hardware issues. Back up your saves before installing any client modification, including this one.
7. Changes
We may update the Client or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Client after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Termination
We can discontinue or restrict the Client at any time. If you violate these Terms, your license to use the Client ends immediately — just uninstall it.
